We all have lenses through which we view the world, but are we aware of how much they can colour our judgments and experiences? For in-house lawyers, whose decisions can ripple through an organisation and its stakeholders, this awareness is not just beneficial - it's imperative.

Last year, our Juno team engaged in a session on the topic of Unconscious bias -those hidden, automatic filters that shape our perceptions and decisions, with a focus on gender bias.

The insights were both enlightening and startling, and it was an experience we wanted to share with our Juno in-house legal community.

Join us for the kickoff of our Juno Learning Online series for 2024, where we explore Unconscious bias with Angela Ballantyne.

Our team said:

"This was one the best unconscious bias training I've been to, and I've done quite a few over the years. There are lots of incredible resources to draw on that I'm quite curious about. I'm shocked that I've been blind to a lot of this information."

"I've been to lots of unconscious bias training, and this was the best presentation I've seen. I'm quite excited by it."
